One of the five pillars of health is EXERCISE!!! 🤗
Exercises are physical activities that involve movements of the body and increasing heart rate.

Aerobics- Any cardiovascular exercises involve increase breathing and heart rate

At ChiroDynamic, we recommend you spend 30 minutes out of your day to exercise. The best time to exercise is in the Morning because it wakes your body up and get your exercise done for the day. If you cannot go to the gym to exercise, you could engage in activities that will increase your heart rate throughout the day. For example, park at a farther distance so you can walk, use the stairs instead of the elevator, walk your pets, or do quick 5-10 minutes exercises at home.
